Hi Angels,
The girls have landed in LDN, and we’re alright!! We made it over for my friend Bryony’s wedding tonight, and between the celebrations and a London weekend with Lucky #3, the trip is already making up for the severe swelling from the +9-hour flight from LA.
Had a mini breakdown the first night after realizing nothing fit underneath my compression garments and ended up having to make “sweatpants” chic for dinner in Mayfair. But the weekend turned around from there. PS—every HSR girl needs these everyday pants. I wear them almost daily and can dress them up when needed. My options were limited for a black tie event but I somehow had the perfect black dress for the occasion that looks like Saint Laurent.
♡ London HSR Angel Meetup 💂🏼♂️🇬🇧: Join me and other HSR Angels on Wednesday, March 5th, at 5:55 PM in Mayfair for a short but sweet catch-up (1 hour). Can’t wait to see you at Joe & The Juice, 20 N Audley Street, London, W1K 6LK then!
♡ THE London Itinerary: We somehow mustered the energy to grab drinks and a bite at At Sloane when we landed—the sister restaurant to Parisian hot spot Hotel Costes. So much of London’s restaurant and nightlife scene revolves around members-only clubs like Annabel’s or Estelle Manor, but At Sloane gives you that same chic, exclusive hotel vibe without the membership.
Order the Foie Gras, New Style Yellowtail, Salmon Fumé, Filet Carpaccio, and Spinach Salad (for some greens). Had my first Aperol Spritz of the season, and I couldn’t be happier to be back in Europe.
We managed to sneak in a sushi bar reservation at Bar des Prés which is always booked out weeks in advance. Order the Wasabi Margarita (xtra Yuzu), the Yellowtail and Spicy Tuna Maki Rolls, Crispy Rice (all of them), and the Black Cod. The chef’s favorite is the Crunchy Crab & Avocado Galette which we couldn’t have because gluten free problems.
♡ On Helping People: This week, I took 30 HSR members to Lancaster Correctional Facility with Defy Ventures, and once again, it was one of those life-changing days. I swear—you don’t walk out the same person you were when you walked in.
Quite the contrast to end the day listening to Mr. Beast on DOAC, where the main clickbait takeaway was:
"If you want to be liked, don’t help people." — Mr. Beast on DOAC. Definitely worth the listen—here.

The Consumer Behavior Trends I Gossiped
About The Most This Week
♡ Alix Earle vs. Alex Cooper is a Hot Mess: IMO Alex Cooper is losing it and all I can say is that the girls do not want to be unwell.
♡ Warren Buffet buys Shares of SirxiusXM: Amidst the hot mess of Alix Earle vs. the Unwell network, which recently struck a deal with SiriusXM for $125M, Buffett has been steadily increasing his stake in the media giant. According to CNBC, he made another round of purchases in early February and I guess this means he’s on Team Alex.
♡ Divorce Rates are Finally Dropping: and it might be thanks to pre-marital therapy because according to Axios, young people are adding pre-marital therapy to their wedding to-do’s. People thought Lucky #3 and I were crazy to start seeing a couple’s therapist 3 months in when we had zero problems but almost a year later, we still have zero problems…
♡ The wealthiest 10% of Americans, make up half of all US spending: 49.7% to be exact according to the WSJ and according to me, they’re spending it on raw milk and Hermes.
♡ Thanks to TikTok our attention spans are shortening: Most of the books nominated for this year’s International Booker Prize are under 200 pages.
♡ More Deals are Getting Done on the Golf Course than in Private Equity: Private equity entered 2025 expecting a deals boom thanks to decreased regulation and interest rate cuts but Trump has spent ¼ of his time golfing (as seen here) instead of unlocking capital flows. With policy uncertainty rising, U.S. private equity activity is 53% lower than last year. Dry powder is piling up, as it seems the only deals getting done seem to be on the fairway.
