Is merch a limited drop?
All merch drops are in response to things the HSR angels and our community have asked for! All drops are limited and once it’s gone, it’s gone, so keep that in mind as you consider you purchase!
Where do you ship?
We are currently shipping to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia!!
If you want us to ship to your country, send us a request at admin@hotsmartrich.com!
When will I receive my order?
Our warehouse ships orders within 5 business days of your order being placed.
US: Average shipping time within the US is 6-7 business days from when your order is shipped.
Canada: Average shipping time to Canada is 8-12 business days from when your order is shipped.
International: Average shipping time to international destinations is 8-16 business days from when your order is shipped.
Any items purchased on pre-order will tell you the estimated time of shipment.
