Hot Smart Rich uses different carriers and shipping costs are based on package weight during check out. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. This does not apply to weekends. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes

International Orders

The cost of shipping, taxes, and any duties are not included in this rate. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
